Brain Brew Distillery returns Bourbon to it's roots in the 1800s, when it was crafted by Barrel Blenders and customized for each customer. You would visit one of the dozens of Bourbon merchants in town. Tell them what you like & they would “barrel blend” the Bourbon to a customers taste preference.
Our Company was founded on a LOVE of all WHISKeY – in cocktails, neat and on the rocks. In our development, a simple idea was born … To Enable EVERYONE to Create Their OWN Custom Bourbon. We offer Experiences that enable you to identify YOUR Personal Custom Bourbon Recipe.
Our award winning products include Dexter Three Wood, our premium Bourbon, is named in honor of the world famous 1800's Bourbon Blender – Edmund Dexter. The Riverboat Collection includes an Easy Drinking Bourbon, Rich & Complex Bourbon, Five Wood Rye, and Smoked Bourbon.
We are open Saturday's 1-5:00 pm. We are located at 3849 Edwards Road, Newtown OH 45244. We look forward to seeing you soon!
We do not have a full service restaurant, but outside food is welcome. Dogs are welcome on the patio.
